At R225 the menu is incredible value and will have you drooling. Appetisers include their ubiquitous homemade butternut squash raviolis with Madeira demi cream, wild mushrooms and parmigiano and their delicious candied pecans, or the Gorgonzola, pear and pecan nut salad, soup or the deep fried calamari. The slow roasted shoulder of lamb with garlic mash is a stunning main dish, as is the rib-eye, and finish off with the vanilla bean crème brulee or the Belgian dark chocolate torte.
This is, as the Wizard of Oz would say, a horse of a different colour, food a step up from anything else you will find in Durban. I hope you are dialling already.
