The Cargo Hold at uShaka Marine World is presenting a dining experience with a difference at the end of June, where Chef Warren Frantz will be presenting food and wine from the KZN Midlands. On Tuesday, June 28, he will present a gourmet four-course meal twinned with Abingdon Wines, and from June 29 to July 3, accompanied by guest chefs from Caversham Mill in the Midlands, he will bring the very best the Midlands has to offer to the Cargo Hold for the Midlands Meander Wine Week.
For the Midlands Meander Week, Cargo Hold and Caversham Mill chefs will together conjure up a special menu that will include specialities using the very best fresh country ingredients – local trout from Wayfarer, award winning Dargle Valley pork products and tender duck from Dargle Ducks, among other produce carefully sourced from the Midlands.
