Within a year of opening its doors, Hillcrest Private Hospital was the proud recipient of a Bronze PMR award in the 2012 PMR.africa Kwazulu-Natal Provincial Survey.

The PMR.africa Kwazulu-Natal Provincial Survey was carried out during April, May and June 2012, via telephonic interviews using semi-structured questionnaires with a random provincial sample of 175 respondents comprising CEO’s, MD’s business owners, company directors and managers, senior government officials based in KwaZulu-Natal province.
Companies and institutions were rated against the following criteria:
1. Companies or institutions that have done most to enhance the economic growth of the province in the last 12 months
2. Levels of managerial expertise
3. Implementation of corporate governance
4. Brand awareness
5. Levels of innovation
