It’s that Bierfest time of year again. Having watched my husband down a yard of ale a couple of weekends ago, it is with mixed feelings that I see Suncoast is holding a Bierfest on a grand scale.
Frauleins with frothy beer, competitions for the best dressed couple, wonderful prizes, and authentic Bavarian food in a 2,500 seater Bavarian Brauhaus with and Oompah band and tuba players……it’s the real deal.
It looks amazingly festive, with Suncoast hosting the event from Friday 16th November to Sunday 18th November. There will be two sessions on the Saturday, 11am to 4pm and 6pm to 11pm, and one on the other days.
If you visit their website you can choose from various menu options, buy your dressing up clothes so that you look like a genuine Fraulein or Herr, and buy ‘crowns’ to use as currency for your steins of beer and anything else that takes your fancy.
