South Africa has been a great place to be a golf fan of late, with a host of top quality Sunshine Tour and European Tour co-sanctioned events. The golf on show at the Nedbank Golf Challenge, Leopard Creek, the SA Open at the immaculate Durban Country Club and last week at the Joburg Open, has been of the highest order. Ernie Els’s imperious 25-under-par at Durban Country Club was a great example, as was Charl Schwartzel’s performance in Johannesburg.

Great news for the local game is that Pringle of Scotland – a name synonymous with golf around the globe – is confirming its loyalty to the great game, by committing to be the official clothing sponsor of the Sunshine Tour.
This long-term partnership will see Pringle as the clothing brand of choice on golf courses across Africa this summer.
The extensive golf collection offers a wide selection of luxury golf shirts, pants, shorts, umbrellas, socks and headwear, appealing to the discerning man and lady golfer.
This luxury clothing line is available in selected pro shops around the country, including, in the Durban area: Royal Durban Golf Club; Durban Country Club; Beachwood Country Club; Mount Edgecombe.
