Pierian SA is modelled on the highly successful business process outsourcing (BPO) technologies and methodologies used in India, and promises to grow the capabilities and skills of South Africans in this sector. Pierian founder Suresh Nadioo believes that South Africa is capable of being highly competitive in the financial and administration sector of BPO, and is committed to up-skilling and training to grow local capacity.
