Two Acres Garden Market in Country Lane, opposite the Hillcrest Private Hospital, celebrated a prelude to Christmas on Thursday 14 November from 10am to 2pm.
A beautifully decorated Christmas tree took centre stage of the recently renovated Two Acres Garden Market and the weather was perfect for Christmas shopping and enjoying a light meal.
The Two Acres Tearoom were selling their signature, freshly baked artisan bread, free range eggs, preserves and pantry items while the Biscuitry were stocked with the usual favourite treats, as well as a few special seasonal flavours.
The Bird House offered the ladies a chance to get some pampering, with manicures and pedicures under the shade of the trees. Shellac Nails were introduced on the day and is now standard on the Bird House list of treatment options.
Patina Interiors, now a permanent tenant at Two Acres Garden Market, offered exquisite Christmas decorations, ready-made Christmas table décor and beautiful gifts, which were a big hit on the day. Patina’s stock exclusive furniture, décor, a fragrance range, designer jewellery and gifting items.
Two Acres Garden Market is open Mondays to Saturdays and will also be open on the public holiday – Monday 16 December. They close after trading on Monday 23 December and re-open on Monday 6 January.
