Connective Conversations

By The Crest Magazine26/02/20222 Mins Read
Paul Bushell
Kim Griffith Jones

If you’re a parent, grandparent, teacher, still planning children OR would like some key tips on mindfulness for yourself – this is for you.

Part 2 of a series of workshops launched late last year, Kim Griffith Jones invites you to join for some “Connective Conversations” with well-known psychologist, author and kindness ambassador Paul Bushell as he chats on exerts and advice from his latest book #raisingmindfulkids.

Paul discusses mindful practices and techniques – the ability to connect with the here and now without judgment, and this is proving to be useful for parents and children in this new age where the generational gap seems to be widening as we raise up the next generation and try to prepare them for a world we do not know.

#raisingmindfulkids is a beautiful, practical and inspiring way for adults and children to mutually explore and develop various mindfulness techniques on their journey.

If you’re a parent, grandparent, teacher, still planning children OR would like some key tips on mindfulness for yourself, and would like to gain a little insight and gather some nuggets of wisdom and network in a small group, email kim@kimgriffithjones.com to book. Seats are limited!
