This book by Olive celebrates a year of entertaining in their beautiful home in Hermanus. It is visually stunning, and every page you turn to is a delight. The recipes follow the year in the Cape, starting in Spring, and every menu takes you through the meal from starter to dessert.
If you buy one cookbook this year, make it this one. As well as being a lovely person, and a great hostess….I can still remember the Cape Salmon we ate at the farm…..Olive writes like a dream, and the pictures will keep you longing for the Cape all summer long.
