As part of Pregnancy Awareness Week this February, Hillcrest Private Hospital will be hosting a free Pregnancy and New Baby Workshop for pregnant mothers and their partners.
The interesting and varied programme, promoting a healthy pregnancy and safe motherhood, will include talks by specialists in their fields covering topics such as the “Psychological changes during pregnancy”, “The Doula – mothering the mother” and “Hearing Testing in the Newborn”. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
Other professionals and exhibitors with a variety of baby and pregnancy-related products and services will be on hand to chat and answer questions. All pre-booked mums-to-be will receive a free goodie bag and refreshments, and lucky draws will add to the enjoyment of the morning.
There will also be an opportunity to visit the beautiful maternity unit and delivery suite.
