The New Germany Conservancy invites you to attend the annual and now famous “Evening of Froggie Operatics” as part of Save Our Frogs Day on 1 December 2012.
When: Saturday 1 December 2012, 5pm onwards
Where: Alfred Park, New Germany
Bring: your own braai, or snacks and drinks, table and chairs and mozzi muthi! Braai fires will be available from 5pm (weather permitting).
Most important: a strong torch and wellies
Guides will be on the look-out for the park’s new woolly necked stork chicks, reed frogs, some tree frogs and even the rare hyperolius argus/argus reed frog.
NB: frogs love damp, wet weather – so the event will continue regardless of the weather!
