The Highway Hospice will be hosting their annual Fete and Fun Day on Saturday 28 September, so mark the date on your calendar and remember to get there early to catch the best bargains!
The fete is being held at the air-conditioned DLI Hall in Greyville and will open at 9am and finish at 3pm. There is parking for 1000 cars and there will be car guards and plenty of security in the area.
At the fete you can expect to find: new and used clothes for teenagers and adults; Christmas gifts and a gift wrap table; Christmas decorations; new and second-hand books; white elephant; and bric-a-brac.
There will be a Kiddies Corner where the children will be able to play under supervision, with face painting, clowns, a jumping castle, and lots of other fun activities. There will also be kids clothing and toys for sale.
Don’t forget to support the Hospice promotional stall, where you will find snuggies, teddies, 2014 diaries and plenty of raffle opportunities, and take a look at the many plants and flowers on sale.
There will also be plenty of food options available so you can take a break and have a bite to eat.
If you have your own business and would like a stall at the fete please contact The Highway Hospice. Stalls are rented at R350.
If you have any items to donate that The Highway Hospice can sell on the day, please get in touch with them. They are also looking for volunteers to help out at the fete.
