Wining and dining at Danté has a host of different faces too, and you can choose where and how you’d like to enjoy your meal. Danté’s newly launched menu features their signature favourites of Rack of Lamb, Teriyaki Salmon and Spaghetti Aglioli, and now … sensational fresh sushi.

COCKTAIL RECIPE: BE THE QUEEN B
Celebrate summer and all the good things life has to offer with Danté’s latest cocktail creation.
- 50ml vodka
- 25ml simple syrup
- 20ml berry reduction
- 25ml lemon juice
- 20ml pineapple juice
- 20ml whey
In a cocktail shaker mix all ingredients, and in the words of the great philosopher P. Diddy, shake ya tailfeather. Double strain using a Hawthorn and a fine strainer into a sexy glass. Garnish with a rose petal or any other attractive garnish of your choice. Now you’re ready to be the Queen B.
Simple syrup: Mix together equal parts water and sugar (preferably castor sugar).
Berry reduction: 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 1 cup castor sugar, 2 cups water.
Slowly bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan. Allow to simmer until a rich red syrup is produced. Strain through a sieve and allow to cool before cutting with water to produce a fluid syrup.
