So often the term “AGM’’ fails to motivate attendance. However, this year the Keep Kloof Beautiful Association is presenting a most interesting and inspiring story of going completely green and off the grid in every sense of the word.
Jane Troughton who featured in the Sunday Tribune recently, will be taking us through her journey of building from scratch with every conceivable amount of research done in advance, to implement viable concepts with stunning results. Even if you are not in a position to do a large-scale revamp, it is nevertheless a great opportunity to learn what is out there and available, and perhaps could be adapted for your own home.
They do need the support of the community, and even if you cannot spare time or energy to get involved with their activities encourage attendance.
