“I didn’t think I could wear the earthy autumn colours,” said Tracy Grenfell of Pietermaritzburg. “I have always been attracted to soft pastel shades, which I have now discovered don’t suit me at all. I was totally stuck in a rut with regards to my hair, make-up and clothing, and had no idea how to change. My visit to Fay and Megan of Image Insured has literally changed my life and opened up a whole new world to me.

Grant Harper of Terry Scott Hair Design (La Lucia) used a round layering technique to create internal texture and softness around the perimeter. He pre-lightened certain areas using Wella Blondor Powder and Olaplex and used a combination of warm Wella Illumina Shades 7/35, 5/7, 5/43 and 7/7 to create a rich, warm glow to Tracy’s hair.
