Glenda Slade from Iconverse is a Voice, Speech, Language and Communication Specialist, involved in the ‘communication world’ for most of her life. Her experience and time spent in theatre, radio and newspapers has given her the knowledge of showing people how to get their message across effectively.
No matter what position one holds in business today, whether it is Director, senior management or support staff, it is each person’s duty to communicate in the best way they can. Communicating your thoughts effectively, using your voice and speech in a manner which is clear and unambiguous, “user friendly” and using body language to match is of huge importance in any business.
Glenda is a professional speaker, trainer, and consultant. She believes the effective and efficient use of one’s voice and body language, together with a good self-image is central to achieving one’s personal and professional potential.
She is a member of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa and has spoken at many events, such as Secretaries of the Year Awards at the ICC, and for the Masters graduates at the University of KwaZulu Natal.
