The 40th running of the PDAC 25km race from Waterfall Shopping Centre to Lahee Park in Pinetown takes place this Sunday, 25th January starting at 5am.

Registration takes place on Thursday from 5pm to 7pm and on Saturday from 1pm to 5pm at the PDAC Club House at Lahee Park. Registration on the day takes place from 3:30am, at the start of the race, at Waterfall Shopping Centre.
Entry fee is R100 and, if you don’t belong to a club, temporary licenses are available for R25.
For this year’s event, the athletic club has chosen to support the Robin Hood Foundation whose objective is to help those who cannot help themselves as a result of poverty, age or disability.
“Collection boxes will be set up at the three registration times and at the finish, and we encourage participants and spectators to donate,’’ explains Lise Muchuna, PDAC chairperson.
“It is such a privilege to be able to run and participate in the amazing races which KZN has to offer and this is our way of supporting those less fortunate than us,” concludes Lise.
