While it was Kate Middleton’s big day, her sister Pippa turned almost as many heads at the royal wedding, attracting a flood of praise on the web.
As soon as she stepped out of a Rolls-Royce for the royal wedding at Westminster Abbey on April 29, the online world went ballistic with praise of the slim, brunette maid of honour.
Some clearly thought she outshone Kate at her wedding, with her figure hugging dress and plunging neckline, but would-be suitors look set to be disappointed, as Pippa is reportedly dating England cricketer Alex Loudon.
Former England cricket captain Michael Vaughan led the chorus of praise, tweeting: “Tell you what!!! Pippa is fit…”
“Is Pippa Middleton England’s most eligible bachelorette now?” tweeted Sarah Weaver, another Twitter user.
Wonder if Harry was also taking notice?
Pippa’s dress was ivory and white satin, similar in detail to her 29-year-old sister’s wedding gown. Both dresses were created by Sarah Burton at Alexander McQueen.
Pippa, who shares a flat with her brother in Chelsea, works for her parents’ party goods business, Party Pieces.
In some rather astounding news, 27-year-old Pippa has allegedly been approached by porn mogul Steven Hirsch from Vivid Entertainment to make one scene in a movie, after he claimed she was “the star” of the royal wedding. Her response is yet to be heard on that one.
