Celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay spent 12 hours at the Alvi Armani centre in Beverly Hills at the end of last year in a bid to recapture his looks of old. Apparently there were concerns that his thinning hair would cause issues with his busy television career.
But when he appeared on his latest television show last week – according to the Daily Mail – there wasn’t any noticeable improvement in the hair-do department.
Apparently it takes a number of months before there’s any noticeable change to the appearance in the wake of such a procedure (follicular unit extraction), so notoriously grumpy Ramsay is going to have to bite the bullet and be patient before he sees any positive results.
The Mail reported that the 44-year-old showed off his surgically-enhanced locks for the first time as he began filming a new series of Kitchen Nightmares in Los Angeles last week.
Some of the most popular surgical procedures for men:
Gynaecomastia: operations to deal with the dreaded man boobs, or “moobs” as they’ve become known.
Rhinoplasty (nose job)
Liposuction
Otoplasty (ear correction)
Blepharoplasty (eye bag removal)
Follicular unit extraction
