RE/MAX Panache, market leaders in the North Durban area, recently held their annual awards ceremony at the Mt. Edgecombe Country Club.
Commenting on the awards this year, Grant Gavin, Owner/Broker of the agency said that despite many people remarking on what a tough year 2016 had been, the company’s agents had once again reported incredible sales figures in the North Durban property market with over a R1 Billion in residential property sales.
Said Grant “This is the 2nd best year in our company’s history, and it not only shows that the demand for property in Durban’s Northern suburbs remains strong, but with RE/MAX Panache sales accounting for over 33% of all sales in the market in 2016, it confirms that the RE/MAX Panache brand is delivering results for home owners and home buyers in our suburbs.”

It’s based on the coaching that I have received over the years as a business person and it gets the agent to approach their sales ‘job’ with the mindset of an entrepreneur. For the past 3 years, RE/MAX Panache has won the company category of the Institute of Estate Agents KZN CARE Awards.
Winning the RE/MAX Panache Community Service Award for the year this year, was Sharon Hollows who has been with RE/MAX Panache for 18 years. Sharron took over the running of the agencies community initiatives. Commented Grant “She liaises with Reach For a Dream on all our dream handovers, or special events; she liaises with the SANBS (Blood services) to arrange our blood donation points 4 times a year, she also co-ordinates everything for our annual school renovation project, and in doing so, is the first to roll up her sleeves and do the painting and scraping as well. Sharon does everything with great heart and always ensures that the projects are special for the people in our community.”
