Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Jill Clark is familiar with the challenges that working from home can bring. To answer that need, she created The Corner Office. “People in a village look after each other and that’s the kind of environment we are looking to foster – a welcoming place, where you can get your work done, chat to other business owners and find synergies to help everyone succeed.”
This is a concept that Jill believes in strongly and practices through her work as chairperson of the Gillitts Park Community Association.
Initially aimed at small start-ups that have outgrown the home office, Jill has also had interest from corporates, whose employees need a local base for meetings or to miss the traffic.
The space comes with a kitchenette, communal meeting space, boardroom, high speed uncapped internet and a shower, for those who run or ride to work. The Corner Office has 24/7 security.
Membership options range from Executive (long-term rentals with a lockable office, work address and access control) to Full (private desk and locker) and Light Membership, which gives users a quiet space for a few days per month. There are also Corporate membership options.
The Corner Office is open from 7.30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday
