Five provinces in South Africa will host Skydive for Rhinos events at PASA registered drop-zones between July and October 2012.
448 ordinary South African citizens and celebrities will leap from 10 000ft to raise funds for rhino anti-poaching work – and make a sky-high statement that South Africans want the decimation of one of our greatest national assets to stop.
Why 448? That’s the number of rhino killed by poachers in South Africa during 2011!
Funds will be distributed nationally, with key priority regions being KZN, North West and the Kruger region. Funds will also be distributed to other hard hit areas, based on urgency of need.

The campaign aims to end in the Cape on the weekend of World Rhino Day – 22 September 2012 – with a mega-end-of-campaign weekend.
