Tumi is a seasoned entrepreneur and one of South Africa’s great Leadership and Change experts who are internationally renowned. She takes time each month for Keynote Addresses, Inspirational sessions, Workshops and Seminar Presentations. Tumi speaks at major business and corporate conferences and platforms such as the African Union and the World Economic Forum.

Tumi is an author of 4 books Your Moment , Stepping Stones to Success, a book featuring prominent US speakers and authors Deepak Chopra, Jack Canfield and Dr. Dennis Waitley; as well as Courageous Stories of Inspiration featuring Dr. Robert Schuller and ‘In the Midst of the Storm.

Tumi Frazier combines Psychology & Coaching disciplines, business-consulting skills with an in-depth understanding of different languages, dynamics, processes, and organizational cultures.

Tumi is the Event Director for Africa in the Global Women Initiative which has already presented 40 Global Women Summits in 17 countries in the past 3 years in order to strengthen women and families worldwide through education, entrepreneurship and enlightenment in an effort to eradicate illiteracy, poverty and hunger.  View Website
