About the presenter:
Mike Kiln has extensive business experience having successfully been involved in establishing and growing a national services business from 3 to 120 stores over a period of 8 years. Integral to Mike’s responsibilities was overseeing the design, development and roll out of the software system as well as the use of data and reports to; maintain controls, manage performance and to analyse customer behaviour to optimise decisions.
After Selling this business Mike purchased a share in Summit Solutions and for the past 10 years Mike and his partner, John, have continued to successfully provide data and reporting solutions across a range of industries. Two recent projects have seen the collection and analysis of 150 million rows of driver data a month, to analyse and manage driver performance. While the other project involving the development of operational reports to help a national retailer monitor and manage their sales, costs, customer experience and operational standards.
