Time: 9.30 am to 2.30 pm
Date: Saturday 4th February 2017
Venue:17 Emoyeni Drive, 3610 Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal
Start outside Hillcrest Primary at Hospital Road entrance. The route should take one hour it is about 2.8 km. One Marshall per 10 participants required by law but the conveners have requested 200 Marshalls not 100. Permit by council is for 1000 participants.

RULES:
– Damages are for the personal account of the conveners. So behave!
– NPO has taken insurance but we are asked to behave correctly please!
– All litter is to be cleaned up! Bidvest hired to assist but do your best not to litter! Cost of cleanup all comes from the proceeds raised!
– Colonel Joseph has asked that the march does not come to a standstill – it must keep moving.
– At end of the march people are to disperse with reasonable speed.
– We cannot block and entrances to business, etc.
– If you bring amplifier/ speaker not to be too loud
– No weapons of any kind
– No alcohol
– Banners and signs must NOT contained Hate Speech. You cannot make any statements that may incite violence.
– No masks allowed to be worn or anything that hides your identity.
– No one is to wear anything that looks like a uniform of any South African police/army / special services division.
– No political party t-shirts or banners – this is not to be hijacked by any affiliations. Stick to NPO issue shirts or your own clothing. (Personal aside: Plain white or red would also be very striking for any aerial photography we may get organised as it would highlight the NPO shirts)!
– Enviroserv have been invited but have not yet responded.
– A memorandum is planned to be handed over to Enviroserv at the end of the march if they accept the invitation.
