If you are an experienced triathlete, or want to give this exciting discipline a try, why not enter this new event, the TriRock, on the 22nd September. Entries are now being accepted, and the event will take place along the beautiful coastline North of Durban.
The race comprises a 1.9km swim, a 90km bike ride and a 21km run, all set in beautiful country which should help when the going gets tough. If that sounds like too much of a challenge, there will be family events and anyone from the age of seven to seventy should find a level to suit them.
