A thrilling dance showcase takes place at uShaka Marine World on December 4 and 5, 2010, sponsored by eThekwini Municipality, iThala Bank and the Department of Arts and Culture.
Dance troupes from around KZN will converge on the marine theme park to vie for the title of Zulu Dance Champions. Registration takes place on December 4 at 8am. Thereafter all groups will compete in the preliminary round of the competition.
The top 10 groups will be chosen to compete in the final round on December 5 where they will dance their hearts out for a celebrity judging panel.
Up for grabs is a R5 000 cash prize as well as a contract to perform at uShaka Marine World during peak season. The runners up will also receive exciting prizes, as well as cash packages of R2 000 for second place and R1 000 for third place.
