Fiona Coyne, presenter of the Weakest Link, died at her Cape Town home on Wednesday.
Two notes were found at her home, Die Burger reported. One note was addressed to her mother, the other to her domestic worker.
Apart from her work with The Weakest Link, Coyne was prominent in the Cape theatre industry. She was a member of the Capab Drama Company and served on the Theatre Advisory Panel for the National Arts Council. According to her theatre profile she wrote her first play – As the Koekie Crumbles – in 1998 and in 2001 she won the Fleur du Cap Award for Best New Indigenous Script for Glass Roots. – Source, News24
