The IIE Varsity College will be hosting the second Open Day of 2016 on Saturday, 20 August 2016 across all eight campuses nationally.
Varsity College Durban North will be ready to welcome high school learners and their parents from 09h00 to 13h00. The learners and their parents will have an opportunity to meet all the relevant Varsity College departments and staff members. Learners can also look forward to meeting with a student advisor, who can help guide them into finding a suitable programme to study at Varsity College Durban North. Lecturers will be on hand to answer any academic questions and the Career Centre will be there to advise students on how to find part-time work while completing their chosen The IIE programme. VC Cares (the Varsity College student volunteer body), the Student Liaison Body (SLB) and the Sports Life Captains will be able to inform the learners about the student life offered on the campus.
Varsity College Durban North will be giving away a bursary valued at R10 000 to study in 2017. To stand a chance to win the bursary, grade 12 learners are entered into a draw if they have met with a student advisor, applied to study at Varsity College Durban North and attended one of the two Open Days hosted in 2016.
