Alicia Silverstone mouth to mouth

Every mother knows that it can often be difficult to get their child to eat their dinner, and it seems vegan actress Alicia Silverstone has turned to nature for inspiration for feeding her son Bear Blu. 

She posted the video, below, on her blog The Kind Life, along with this explanation:

‘I just had a delicious breakfast of miso soup, collards and radish steamed and drizzled with flax oil, cast iron mochi with nori wrapped outside, and some grated daikon. Yum!’

‘I fed Bear the mochi and a tiny bit of veggies from the soup… from my mouth to his.’

He certainly seems to be enjoying it!
