Awarded to well-known local property specialists Tracey Johnson, Patrick Davison, Pam Davison and Derek Atherstone, Century 21 Upper Highway is based at Cotswold Energy Centre, on Inanda Road. Within two weeks of opening its doors, the franchise had moved over R30-million worth of property – no mean feat in a highly-contested area!

“We aim to redefine the property service, with agents who are experts in their area,” says Patrick. “We currently have 25 sales brokers servicing the Upper Highway, as well as a dedicated development sales team based at key sites in KZN. These include Kirtlington Park, Clifton Hill, Queensbridge Estate and La Domaine, as well as Shortlands, Ballito, and Beacon Hill Family Estate in Pietermaritzburg.”
“Our agents are smarter, faster and bolder,” says Patrick. “We are proud to serve this community and hold integrity and professionalism at the centre of everything we do.”
“When it comes to the local market, we have seen a marked increase in activity with prices firming. We are very bullish about the future!”
“At present, we are looking for suitable candidates to join us and have a mandate to expand the Century 21 brand in KZN,” says Patrick. “Anyone who would like to find out more should give me a call on 083 659 9666.”
