Two men, who raised a lion club in London were forced to return him to the wilds of Africa. They decided to visit Christian in the wild, despite being told there was no chance the lion would remember them. Watch what happened next.
Christian was purchased by Australians John Rendall and Anthony “Ace” Bourke from Harrods department store of London in 1969 and ultimately reintroduced to the African wild by conservationist George Adamson.
He travelled by Bentley and dined in fine restaurants
One year after Adamson released Christian to the wild, his former owners decided to go looking for him to see whether Christian would remember them. He did, and with him were two lionesses who accepted the men as well. Source – Wikipedia
