Come and enjoy a ‘Weekend with Dr David Johnson,’ as he hosts two events over the weekend of 26 to 27 July.
Kloof Conservancy presents ornithologist, tree expert, author, lecturer, and speaker Dr David Johnson who will be presenting a talk entitled ‘Galapagos Adventure: Flora and Fauna of the Galapagos Islands’ at the Interpretative Centre, Krantzkloof Nature Reserve, on Friday 26 July at 7pm.
Tickets are R30 at the door for members, and R40 for non-members.
Saturday 27 July will see Dr Johnson give a fascinating tree and bird talk/guided walk at Tunzini Private Garden, Forest Hills, an indigenous garden bordering Krantzkloof Nature Reserve, which will run from 9-11am.
Dr Johnson will also introduce the new leaf key for Pooley’s Trees of Eastern SA, and both the key and book will be available for purchase at the event.
Tickets will again be R30 for members and R40 for non-members, and there will be tea and coffee served.
