Kebabs seem to be all the rage at the moment for party treats, and they are SO easy to make. Here are some fun ideas for your child’s next birthday party!
Dino Kebabs
Ingredients: Marshmallows, wooden skewers, white chocolate, dinosaur sprinkles.
Push a skewer through 3 marshmallows, keeping them close together. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring often. Dip the marshmallows into the melted chocolate, holding the kebab upside down over the bowl to allow most of the chocolate to drip down. Before the chocolate sets pour the sprinkles over the dinosaurs. Tip: instead of dinosaurs, use any other shape to match your theme.
Rainbow Kebabs
Ingredients: Marshmallows, wooden skewers, white chocolate, rainbow vermicelli.
Push a skewer through 3 marshmallows, keeping them close together. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring often. Pour the rainbow vermicelli onto a plate. Dip the marshmallows completely in the melted chocolate, holding the kebab upside down. Before the chocolate sets, roll the kebab in the vermicelli until it is well coated. Leave to set.
