Make a 10-minute meal with your favourite pesto – just add cooked veg, chicken or prawns and stir through pasta. Delicious! Add it to mash potatoes or roasted veg for a pop of flavour. Create your own dip by mixing a couple of spoons of pesto, Harissa or Chermoula through cream cheese. Or use a pesto on its own as a dip for bread, prawns or even braaied meat – anything goes.
For a gourmet treat at home, make dinner rolls by kneading Olive and Rosemary Pesto into ready-made bread dough. Roll into balls, top with an olive and a sprig of rosemary and bake in a muffin tray.
“Our friends go dilly for Spencer’s curry, but the secret’s in the jar,” says Leanne. Create your own Korma or Tikka Masala without the hassle – just add protein. For a spicy kick, smear Harissa Paste on pork chops before braaing. “Argentinean barbeque is so popular at the moment and our Chimichurri is flying off the shelves,” Leanne continues. “It takes braaied meat to a new level!”
