Tracey Urquhart’s dream came true when she opened up her own pre-school. Baby Steps Kings Road was born in April 2015, and in January 2018 Baby Steps on Riley road was opened – and soon Tracey will open up a third school in Linbro Park in January 2020.
“I feel really blessed to be able to have the opportunity to do what I love each and every day. Someone dear to me once said; “Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life,” – so true!” says Tracey.
“My love for teaching started the day I entered Grade 1 and from that day, I knew what I wanted to be one day. I grew up in very hard times and nothing came easy. Hard work was the order of the day, every day.”
“My dream came about six years ago when I found myself alone, with three kids, no home, no car, just a dream. With God all things are possible,” she says. “In 2015, with the help of my soulmate and best friend, my dream became a reality.”
