The renowned five star hotel in Ballito will be hosting a Wine and Jazz market. The event, scheduled for September 25, will offer a mixture of fine dining and food pairing, co-ordinated by the hotel’s master chef Guy Gorrie.
Guests can indulge in dishes like asparagus wrapped in pancetta with homemade mayonnaise, or perhaps the grilled tiger prawns with grapefruit paired with Pecan Stream Chenin Blanc, and many others.
