The legend that is Johnny Clegg is playing at the Playhouse Theatre until Saturday night and I thoroughly recommend you beg, steal or borrow a ticket!
We often don’t realise how lucky we are to have artists like this playing at the ticket prices we pay. Think of me, paying £60 or R840 to watch him at the Royal Albert Hall, where he will be the first South African artist to play a solo gig, pricey!
Before he is hounoured with a Doctorate in music in April, this would be a fantastic time to go and support him as he traces his relationship with the Zulu culture and Natal through his music in the place he loves best.
