The Guest Speaker is Chrystal Austin of Profiles International and the topic is ‘Mind Your Personality’, which will discuss personality types.
Personality types reveal our natural inclination, strengths and weaknesses and determine how we respond to human interaction in most of our work or life situations. We can grow our behavioural intelligence through conscious awareness of our own tendencies, as well as those of others. This understanding can help us build better relationships, work better in teams and achieve more in our professional lives in general. This meeting will explore our different personality types through some practical and interactive ways.
