“Transforming a woman into someone who turns heads is actually a very simple process,” says Fay Coleman of Image Insured, but it always starts with a personalised colour and figure analysis.
Women need to know which colours suit their skin tones and a “colour analysis” gives us all the info we need to determine the correct hair colour, make-up and clothing. Jackie Johnson is an “Autumn” with warm undertones, her favourite colour being pink, which unfortunately enhanced the pink in her face and made her look tired and washed out.
“We had to bring darker, warmer shades into her clothing, make-up and hair to give her a healthy and vibrant look,” said Fay and Megan of Image Insured.
Jackie’s visit to Perfect 10 in the Hillcrest Corner resulted in an Ultracalming Skin Treatment from Dermalogica to tone down the redness on her face. A clinical colloidal oatmeal masque was used to hydrate and calm her stressed skin.
Her eyebrows were reshaped with a slight lift to define her gorgeous eyes and, to finish off her afternoon of pampering, she received a manicure and pedicure.
Grant Harper of Terry Scott Hairdressing La Lucia pulled out his usual magic wand and transformed Jackie’s hair from ashe blonde to a beautiful warm brunette blonde using Wella Colour Touch 40. Grant used a dark, natural brunette blonde with light natural golden blonde foils to enhance Jackie’s natural colouring. He used graduated layers to create texture.
The result … a new beautiful, groomed and sensuous Jackie.
