The Pavilion Shopping Centre in Westville has announced that Nisha Kemraj has been appointed as General Manager, and has taken over as of 1 July.
Kemraj has 13 years of property management practice, unique insight into retail in KwaZulu Natal and hands-on experience of shopping mall management during development and refurbishment projects. She holds a B. Compt. from Unisa, as well as certified qualifications from the South African Council of Shopping Centres (SACSC) and South African Property Owners Association of South Africa (SAPOA).
Kemraj has gained extensive experience as retail Portfolio Manager, amongst other positions, at Old Mutual Property, where she worked for around 12 years prior to joining the Pavilion.
Kemraj will be replacing Anton Dekker, who contributed much to the mall’s management team.

2013 marks the occasion of the centre’s 20th birthday, and it is currently undergoing a R228 million redevelopment.
