As a precursor to the launch of the final phase of the Pearls of uMhlanga, the developers have built a welcome kiosk at the corner of Lagoon Drive and McCausland Crescent.
Manned daily by sales consultants, the kiosk is a call to action to encourage interested clients to register to attend the public launch of the project planned for the 4th April 2015.
At this stage only an indicative reference to purchase prices are being offered to clients. Those that register for the launch event will be communicated with between now and April, with the serious enquiries confirming the intention and affordability by the launch date, which will enable the sales team to offer the units to qualified purchasers on a first come first serve basis.
