There will be a public Ward 10 Ward Committee meeting taking place this evening, Wednesday 2 October, at Kloof Town Hall.
The Ward committee consists of the 10 members elected by the voters of Ward 10 and the Ward Councillor, who is the Chairperson of the Ward Committee.
Committee members’ names, portfolios and contact information are available on Councillor Rick Crouch’s website: www.ward10.co.za/ward-committee.asp.
“The Ward Committee is a non-political bipartisan committee, its members are from various political parties and we work for what is best for the community we serve. When we enter the meeting we leave our political affiliations outside the room. Our Ward Committee in Ward 10 is one of the best, if not the best, functioning Ward Committee in eThekwini. Most are plagued with infighting and political interference, but we do not tolerate that here,” said Crouch.
All residents of Ward 10 (Kloof, Gillitts, Everton, Winston Park, Stockville and Hillcrest) are encouraged to attend the meeting, which will start at 18:00 at Kloof Town Hall.
