I am looking for something natural for my daughter. I have heard about Reiki but am not 100% sure about it. Maybe its a stupid question but do you use crystals etc as we are Christian and not sure if that is a good thing. I am looking to try help her cope naturally without medication. She is 20 years old and has gone through major stresses (emotional) and its really causing a problem. Could this help.
