“Showbriety” is a show in memory of Carmen Hunter (19), Connor Bell (8) and Gillian Bell who were all killed in a head-on collision on the Durban North bridge in March this year. Proceeds from the evening will go towards the SADD (South Africans against Drunken Driving), as well as a TRUST set up by Jason Bell (Connor’s father and Gillian’s husband). The Trust set up by Jason aims to educate disadvantaged children in sports.
The show is on Saturday, June 25 at Glenwood Boys High School and will feature top class local entertainment including Lauren Laing, Marion Louden, Lisa Bobbert, DDI Dancers, Warrior Knights, Floor Assassins and The Alison Roso Dancers.
Tickets are only R120 and can be bought from Computicket. Children 3 years old and younger gain free entry. The show starts at 6.30pm-9.30pm. No alcohol will be permitted at the venue but your ticket price does include a tasty dessert and a mocktail! A cash bar with a selection of cold drinks will be available.
