The centre provides assisted living and frail care facilities for up to 70 residents in a choice of single or double rooms. Rooms are light and spacious, with ¾ beds, big screen TVs, motorised recliners, a telephone and internet access. The rooms are fully furnished but residents are encouraged to make the space their own.
Soins de Vie was specially designed for direct access to the Le Domaine Clubhouse, with its restaurant, library, hairdresser and deck overlooking natural pools. Food in the two Soins de Vie dining rooms is provided by the restaurant and residents are welcome to enjoy their meals there, if they prefer. The care centre also has views over the Le Domaine amphitheatre.
The Care Centre has a number of indoor and outdoor seating areas, with access to the network of walking trails and communal areas within Le Domaine. Other facilities include a gym, tennis courts, bowling greens and a heated swimming pool.
The Frail Care facilities offer personalised attention, with a multidisciplinary approach to proactive healthcare. “We are known for our high standard of nursing and are committed to continually improve and expand our offering,” John continues. “We want to set the benchmark for frail care nursing.”
Soins de Vie’s team of registered sisters and care givers also offer pre- and post-op care, rehabilitation and palliative care. CCTV monitoring ensures that staff are able to intervene when needed, without encroaching on residents’ privacy unnecessarily.
