Another reason to stay on the Ridge has appeared in the shape of a 180m long tube at Gateway’s Wavehouse! You ride to the top in a lift, it is over two stories high, the views are wonderful as you stand waiting to go down, and the adrenaline rush is awesome, or so my niece tells me.
If you haven’t been to the Wavehouse recently, go and see how much it has expanded, the kids can be happily swimming and surfing for hours while you sit in Sevruga or Mozambik, sip a cocktail and watch them. Well, that’s what I do!
