A first ever classical recital is coming to the highly popular venue of Jazzy Rainbow. Count Filip Kormuth, who has recently had a very successful concert at the Kloof Baptist Church (earlier in October), will be performing a virtuoso repertoire consisting of works by Albeniz, Beethoven, Chopin, Ginastera and Liszt.
Ct. Filip Kormuth is a concert pianist, composer and pedagogue, with substantial composition output (including a Symphony), and over hundred performances. Ct. Filip has made Kloof his home and is active in creating awareness, in the local community, about the importance of music education; through local schools, organisations, and his music studio. He is currently a PhD candidate at UNISA.
Tickets can be bought at the door. The concert will be held on the 16th of December and will commence at 7:30 (promptly). The admission is R100 per ticket and will include a free drink. The seating is limited, so be early.
