Normal service is resumed, and as I write it’s 29 degrees outside. This weekend then should be calling us all towards water, the sea, the Wavehouse, the garden….try and do your outdoor activities on Saturday as there are some ominous black clouds over the Province on Sunday.
Highlights this weekend include the free drinks between 8pm and 9.30pm at Vida tonight, and the wonderful Coppelia which I can tell you is worth a visit if you are a ballet fan, it’s stunning.
There is also the rugby between South Africa and England which you can go and watch at the newly revamped Joe Cools where Springbok shooters will be half price between 4pm and 6pm.
If you are a comedy fan, go and watch ‘Release your Inner Kudu’ on Sunday when Glen Bo will have you rolling in the aisles with his particularly South African brand of humour. The Wine Show rolls into town, at the Durban Exhibition Centre, and if none of the above appeals, pour a nice cool drink and relax with the family. Durban rocks.
