The Oyster Box launches its “Wines of the World” special this August. Each month, Sommelier Thato Goimane will pair a three-course menu, created by executive chef Kevin Joseph to wines from the various corners of the globe, which diners can enjoy in the hotel’s stylish, sunken Wine Cellar.
Open for reservations on each Thursday of the month . . . booking essential. A maximum of 10 guests can be seated at the Chef’s Table, at R450 a person.
